The Bombeck Family

Bombeck023

Description:

Erma’s readers often felt as if they knew her family personally. She would sometimes write her children into her articles. Other times, fictionalized versions would appear. Erma’s writing touched people because it felt so honest, and that included sprinkling her columns with her own family and experiences.
